DPC is a residential real estate investment company, headquartered in Dallas, Tx. 

DASH purchases homes, usually that are in need of repair.  The homes are fixed up to great condition.  Each will pass a FHA inspection.

 

Then, DASH offers the homes for sale, either using a lease/purchase transaction or a standard cash/mortgage transaction.  Occasionally, we will offer a home for lease under a Sec. 8 type arrangement.
